If you wish to return your purchase, we offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for goods returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@emufarmers.com.auor calling (03) 7067 7912. We’re here to assist and resolve any issues promptly.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We package every order with care, but on rare occasions, items may be damaged during delivery. Should this happen, contact us within 7days of receipt. You may be asked to provide photographs of the goods and packaging—please keep these materials until you receive further instructions from our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll confirm the status of your refund via email. Refunds (full or partial) will be processed using your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges or external fees if required. You’ll be notified as soon as your refund has been actioned.
